As the Coronavirus situation continues to rapidly evolve and the level of community concern grows, I would like to share with you BankVic’s response in continuing to support our members.
Ways of banking with us
We have worked with the Victorian Government, including the State Control Centre and the Department of Health and Human Services Victoria (DHHS) and have come to the conclusion that our presence in hospitals may increase the risk of spreading the Coronavirus.
As a result, we will be temporarily closing our three hospital branches, Royal Children’s Hospital, Sunshine Hospital and Monash Medical Centre. This Friday 27 March will be the last day open for these branches, allowing our members time to make alternative arrangements.
It is of the utmost importance to us that we continue to support our members, especially those who are on the frontline. Our remaining branches, Glen Waverley, City West and World Trade Centre, will continue to operate as normal.

We encourage you where possible to use our Internet Banking, Mobile App and Phone Banking services where you can access your accounts at your own convenience.
You can also contact us on 13 63 73 from 8am-7pm Monday to Friday and 9am-12pm on Saturday.
For members financially impacted by the Coronavirus, we are here to help. We have financial assistance options available including the ability to reduce or defer loan repayments.
