We’re upgrading our Ultracs Core Banking System between 5pm Friday 12 March and 12pm Saturday 13 March. During this time members will not have access to all of their banking services. Our contact centre will also be closed during this period. 

After the upgrade, our Internet Banking site will look different to the old site but provide a consistent experience on all of your devices - PC’s, tablets or smartphones.

During the outage from 5pm Friday 12 March to midday Saturday 13 March:

You will not be able to use:

  • Internet Banking
  • Phone Banking
  • The BankVic App

 You will still be able to use:

  • ATM services
  • Salary packaging cards, debit and credit cards for online and in-store purchases
  • Apple and Google Pay
  • Scheduled direct debits and periodic payments will not be impacted
