We’ve made some changes to how you deposit funds in person at a Westpac branch to your BankVic account. From today, Westpac will no longer accept deposits from BankVic members. We are now offering our members access to the Australia Post service, Bank@Post.

Bank@Post is a banking facility available at participating Australia Post branches and offers a much larger network, with over 3,500 locations, to provide you with greater access and flexibility to bank where it’s most convenient for you. 

Members who have been depositing funds at Westpac should already have received a new deposit book with a barcode that’s linked to your BankVic account. This deposit book will be required whenever you deposit funds to your BankVic account through Bank@Post.  If you haven’t already received your book, please email us at info@bankvic.com.au or call us on 13 63 73.

Alternatively, for members who would like to commence using the Bank@Post service, you may request a deposit book via our online deposit book request form.
