Contact centre and branch holiday hours
Over this period there will be some changes to our usual operating days for our Contact Centre and branches:
- Our Contact Centre, and City West and Glen Waverley branches, will be closed on public holidays
- Our VPC and Monash branches will be closed on public holidays, as well as between 22 December 2025 - 2 January 2026 (inclusive)
- Our Contact Centre will close at 5pm on 24 December and 31 December.
