For your safety and protection, always check the website address is bankvic.com.au before you click on the log in button. This button will take you to ib.bankvic.com.au, which is our secure internet banking access portal.
Additionally, you should only access online banking via the BankVic website rather than a search engine or bookmark, and only from a secure connection (ie. not public Wi-Fi).
If you are ever unsure about a website, email, SMS or phone call purporting to be from BankVic, call us on 13 63 73 to confirm before you do anything.
