BankVic’s Annual General Meeting (AGM) was held online at 5.00pm (AEST) on Tuesday, 9 November 2021.
As a result of the uncertainty and potential health risks created by the COVID-19 pandemic, the AGM was a virtual meeting. This was to protect the health and safety of attendees, having regard to health advice regarding COVID-19 and social distancing requirements.

Thank you to everyone who attended and participated in the 2021 BankVic AGM. We undertook a vote on a revised Constitution of which there was a favourable result.
