We are extending over-the-counter deposit services with Westpac until further notice. The roll-out of the Bank@Post deposit service has been delayed and will commence early in the new year. We will advise you prior to the Westpac service being discontinued and the commencement of the new Bank@Post deposit service.

Here are a few things to note: 

  1. Continue using your Westpac deposit book or your BSB and 9-digit account numbers when depositing through Westpac. 
  2. No Bank@Post deposit books will be dispatched until early 2021, in time for the new service to commence.
  3. Our BankVic branches are available to deposit funds.

Please note that if you use Westpac’s deposit service regularly, we will mail you a Bank@Post deposit book without any further action by you. If you have recently requested a Bank@Post deposit book, please note that this will also be mailed to you in the new year.
